In 2024, Norths launched their Men’s Academy as a cornerstone of their strategic plan, providing enhanced development opportunities to approximately 25 young players — many of them Norths juniors — and key recruits. The academy immediately proved its value, with impressive on-field results, multiple academy players graduating to Premier Grade, and one player signing a professional contract in Japan. Now, with the launch of the Women’s Academy, we are excited to see the same transformative impact for female athletes.

Through this partnership, the Full Moon Hotel is helping to provide personalised training, expert coaching, and a high-performance environment tailored to the unique needs of women’s rugby. We believe in creating opportunities for these talented players to grow both on and off the field, supporting their development as future Norths Premier Grade players and helping them pursue professional rugby careers.
