Jenny, Christine and the staff at the Full Moon Hotel could not have been better hosts if they tried. Everything was perfect, communication throughout the whole event was amazing. Nothing was an issue and the day was better than our expectations. The Shorncliffe room is stunning, food was exceptional and service second to none. our stress levels were non-existent during the whole period. due to the professionalism of the staff at the full moon hotel, we have no hesitation recommending the space to anyone.

I just wanted to let you know how wonderful our evening was, from every aspect. The room was set up beautifully, the food was excellent, table service also excellent, bar service wonderful too. We can’t thank you and the Full Moon enough for providing such a beautiful setting and service for our very special event ~ our Golden Wedding Anniversary. It could not have been better in any way. We will certainly recommend the Full Moon function facility to our friends and family.

Just had our 25th wedding anniversary at Full Moon Hotel. The staff were awesome. So friendly and helpful. The food was wonderful and the servings were very generous. Had a lovely night with our family and friends. Thanks you to all the staff for making our night so relaxing and enjoyable.
